Client and Specialist Registrants (and BY LOGGING IN) have AFFIRMED:

• they are of a legitimate business Enterprise (Inc., LLC, Partnership or Sole Proprietor), in "Good standing" with all Authorities, and have a legitimate, lawful request hereof.
• they have reviewed, understand and will abide by our published Policies, and all the sub-Policies listed thereof.
• they understand and will abide by our Policies RE: Expert, Advanced or Competent Skills and Capabilities offerings, and will NOT request any Service from WMPSS Inc. UNLESS it is AGREED that there is a SUFFICIENT match to the Requestors' Request; and
• they understand and will abide by our Policies RE: our Engagement Process; and
• they have fully discussed with WMPSS Inc. their Business Interest as stated above, AND have provided ALL pertinent ("material" information to mutual understanding and agreement to Scope of nature and Purpose and Scope of the work effort, including also the estimated Time required, Materials and any Fees required, Engagement "Budget", definitions of any "Deliverables", including ALL "pass/fail criteria"), as well as has provided a list of any Questions, and required Company and Project/Product background information, attachments, documents (so work effort can be properly quoted, scheduled, and executed for satisfactory completion (preferrably "exceeding expectations" rating).
